With 190 participants, the event served as a kickoff to a three-day summit aimed at resetting as a company and conquering 2025. The Build-A-Bike® event provided the perfect platform for Beazley to reset as a company and align their focus for 2025. The 190 participants engaged in friendly competition while working together to assemble bicycles. Thus fostering communication and teamwork skills essential for their professional growth. Set against the backdrop of the beautiful San Antonio Riverwalk, the event created an energizing environment. One that helped employees connect beyond their usual work interactions!
As teams raced to correctly assemble their bikes, the competitive spirit brought out the best in Beazley’s employees. The event successfully fulfilled the leadership’s mission of making employees feel valued and appreciated. By the end of the activity, participants were visibly moved by the experience, with “all the feels” being evident as they prepared for the remainder of their three-day summit. The emotional connection formed during the Build-A-Bike® event created the perfect momentum to carry them through their strategic planning sessions.
