The Build-A-Bike® event gave PIRTEK franchise owners and team members the chance to step away from the classroom. Additionally, it gave them a dynamic hands-on experience. With spirited energy, participants split into teams and worked together to assemble bicycles. While competition was friendly, the focus remained on communication and collaboration—key qualities that drive PIRTEK’s operational excellence. The Grand Hyatt’s upscale environment added a polished touch to the fun, fast-paced atmosphere of the evening.
Each bike assembled during the event was donated to the Nashville Rescue Mission. This local organization is dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness and hunger. As teams completed their bikes, the true reward came not from victory, but from knowing the impact their efforts would have on a child in need. All in all, the activity offered a tangible way for PIRTEK’s leadership community to give back, uniting business goals with heartfelt purpose.
