The event began with social networking, allowing executives to connect personally before diving into process improvement and problem-solving challenges. This structured approach helped the leadership team align under their new CEO while developing practical teamwork skills. The intimate group size of 15 participants enabled focused interactions and meaningful relationship building among the executive team.

Throughout the event, teams engaged in challenges that earned them materials to fill backpacks with essential items for foster youth. These backpacks, containing toiletries, blankets, and other necessities, were donated to Child Advocates of Silicon Valley, an organization that represents foster children in the court system. The activity combined strategic problem-solving with immediate community impact, allowing executives to see the tangible results of their collaborative efforts.

We extend our gratitude to Beckman Coulter Life Sciences for their generous contribution to Silicon Valley’s foster youth. Special thanks to Child Advocates of Silicon Valley for their crucial work in supporting and advocating for children in the foster care system.
