Microsoft hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Redmond, Washington. Fifty-five employees gathered for this engaging finale to their week-long meetings. The event combined team building with charitable giving, benefiting local children through the Bellevue Family YMCA.

Microsoft Teams Unite Through Build-A-Bike® Event Near Seattle, Washington

The Build-A-Bike® event served as an energetic conclusion to an intensive week of meetings. Teams engaged in friendly competition, working together to assemble bicycles while strengthening their collaborative skills. The afternoon timing provided a perfect opportunity for employees to unwind and connect in a meaningful way after their strategic sessions.

Participants showed remarkable enthusiasm throughout the event, channeling their energy into building bikes for local children. Their collective effort resulted in several fully assembled bicycles, all donated to the Bellevue Family YMCA. The YMCA will distribute these bikes to children in need, extending the impact of Microsoft’s team building exercise into the broader community.
