This award was just one of the HR and Employment awards they distributed. It’s funny that over twenty years ago, we pioneered the charity team-building industry. So, we’re grateful to still be considered one of the go-to team-building companies in the world.
The magazine featured The Leaders Institute ® in its March 2026 issue (page 15). In the article titled “Rewarding Corporate Team-Building Activities for Groups of Any Size,” they referenced how we were a pioneer in the industry. One of the reasons for the award, though, is how we continue to service thousands of companies, big and small, every year.
One of the metrics the magazine measured was the dollar value of donations that we facilitated. Last year, we crossed over $10 million in total bicycle donations since we started organizing charity bike builds. And right now, we are donating $1 million in bikes every 14 months.
