Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Build-A-BikeThe Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Build-A-Bike ® team building event boosted morale after a challenging year that saw a lot of change. 70 employees participated in this fun team building activity. They decided to bring in The Leaders Institute ® and Los Angeles based instructor Chris McNeany to conduct a Build-A-Bike ® team building event. The group came into the event expecting a meeting. They were pleasantly surprised when they learned it was going to be a fun team building event. There was some skepticism at the beginning of the event as to just how fun it would be, but by the end, everyone was on board and had a fantastic time.

The kids who received the bikes were identified by a local elementary school that had students that were thrilled to receive the bikes. The group agreed it was a great way to end the year. They also liked being able to give back to the community.

We had such an incredible experience. Chris was an amazing facilitator. Received great feedback from the team. Thank you so much. Made a significant positive impact to our newly integrated team.” – Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Build-A-Bike ® team building event was held on-site at their office.
