The Casey Family Programs team gathered for an aMAZEing Builders team building charity event in Seattle, WA on August 27th. This cross-functional group of sixty participants represented finance, facilities, legal, technology, and HR. They came together for the second consecutive year to strengthen collaboration and improve communication skills. The day’s activities culminated in packing forty-eight backpacks for foster children.

Casey Family Programs Teams Return for aMAZEing Builders Team Event in Seattle, Washington
The aMAZEing Builders event challenged Casey Family Programs employees to strengthen communication and teamwork through a high-energy obstacle course. Small groups navigated blindfolded teammates through the maze, earning items for backpacks along the way. This collaborative exercise encouraged clarity, patience, and quick problem-solving. The positive energy filled the room as colleagues celebrated each success together.
The backpacks, packed with school supplies and everyday essentials, were donated to TreehouseForKids. This outstanding nonprofit makes sure foster children have what they need to thrive. Stocked resource centers, new clothing, and classroom tools help kids walk into school with confidence. Thanks to Casey Family Programs, forty-eight more backpacks will brighten the lives of children right here in Seattle. Their partnership with Treehouse shows what’s possible when teamwork meets heart.
