Cisco Build-A-Bike® Event Near Durham, North Carolina
Cisco organized a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event at in Morrisville, North Carolina. The event brought together 150 senior operations leaders for a national get-together. All in all, included several training sessions and culminated in a fun and meaningful team-building activity. This event exemplified Cisco’s strong culture of giving back to the community.

Cisco Leaders Unite for Build-A-Bike® Event Near Durham, North Carolina
The Build-A-Bike® event provided an excellent opportunity for Cisco’s senior operations leaders to enhance their teamwork and communication skills. This national gathering allowed leaders from various regions to come together and review the year’s achievements. Additionally, it give them a chance to participate in valuable training sessions. The event concluded with the Build-A-Bike® activity, where participants were divided into teams to assemble bicycles for charity.
The team donated the assembled bicycles to the Durham Children’s Initiative, a local charity dedicated to supporting the growth and development of children in the Durham community. This event allowed Cisco leaders to not only bond and collaborate but also contribute to a worthy cause. The activity highlighted Cisco’s commitment to community engagement and left a lasting impression on all participants.
