Cisco interns unite for Build-A-Bike® event near Raleigh, North Carolina

The Build-A-Bike® event provided Cisco’s interns with an excellent opportunity to develop their communication and problem-solving skills. All while participating in a fun, hands-on activity. Split into teams, the interns raced to assemble bicycles, competing to be the first to complete their build. The experience allowed the interns to bond, while also learning the value of collaboration and leadership. The event was a testament to Cisco’s dedication to shaping the next generation of leaders by providing them with opportunities to work together for a meaningful cause.

In addition to the team-building component, the event also had a profound charitable impact. The donation left a lasting impression on the interns, who were proud to know that their efforts would directly benefit young children in the community. Cisco’s commitment to social responsibility was clearly reflected in their choice to partner with this impactful organization.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Cisco for their generosity and to the Durham Children’s Initiative for their continued efforts in supporting the children and families of Durham.
