AssuredPartners Build-A-Bike® Event in Chicago, IL
AssuredPartners held a Build-A-Bike® charity team-building event at the Wit Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. The event, part of the Great Lakes Regional Meeting, brought together 60 participants who collaborated to build bicycles for a local charity. This activity not only strengthened team communication and camaraderie. It also gave the group a chance to contribute to a meaningful cause in the community.

AssuredPartners employees unite for Build-A-Bike® event in Chicago, Illinois
During the Build-A-Bike® event, 60 AssuredPartners employees formed teams to assemble eight bicycles. As part of their Great Lakes Regional Meeting, this hands-on activity gave the group a fun, collaborative way to connect outside of their typical work environment. The event encouraged participants to improve communication and teamwork while promoting a positive, supportive atmosphere.
The bikes built during the event were donated to the Boys Club of Cicero, part of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. These bicycles will provide children with opportunities for recreation and mobility, making a lasting impact in the Cicero community. The experience left AssuredPartners’ team members with a sense of fulfillment, knowing their efforts would benefit local children.
