Compeer Financial gathered for a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event at Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI, just outside Madison, on September 23rd. After an afternoon meeting, the group came together for this exciting special activity. The event brought together employees from different departments to collaborate and strengthen their teamwork skills. Energy filled the room as participants worked side by side to assemble bicycles for local children.

The Build-A-Bike® event offered a lively and meaningful break from the team’s conference schedule. Employees from various departments joined forces to build bicycles for children in need. The activity encouraged collaboration, quick thinking, and communication as teams raced to complete their bikes. Each participant’s contribution helped strengthen connections within the group, making the event both rewarding and enjoyable.
Partnering with the Boys & Girls Club made the experience even more special. Erin from the organization arrived promptly with a helper, ensuring everything went smoothly. The assembled bicycles will bring joy and freedom to children served by the Boys & Girls Club. Their gratitude and enthusiasm inspired everyone in attendance, reinforcing Compeer Financial’s commitment to giving back to the community.
