Seventy leaders from across North America convened for a leadership development meeting, culminating in a charity team building activity. The event was designed to reinforce key themes such as cross-collaboration, dismantling silos, and enhancing personal connections among teams. The bicycles built during the event were donated to deserving students from the East Side Boys & Girls Club who achieved academic excellence.

It also emphasized the importance of communication and collaboration, mirroring the teamwork needed in their day-to-day operations.
The collaborative effort resulted in the assembly of bicycles, which the team donated to the East Side Boys & Girls Club as rewards for children who excelled academically, achieving all As and Bs.
