ConGlobal leaders come together for Build-A-Bike® in Fort Worth, Texas

This Build-A-Bike® event was strategically positioned at the end of a leadership development conference. It served as a practical application of the discussions on improving teamwork and operational synergy. Leaders from ConGlobal’s diverse locations engaged in building bikes, an activity that not only required technical skill. It also emphasized the importance of communication and collaboration, mirroring the teamwork needed in their day-to-day operations.

The collaborative effort resulted in the assembly of bicycles, which the team donated to the East Side Boys & Girls Club as rewards for children who excelled academically, achieving all As and Bs. This gesture not only provided tangible rewards for the children’s hard work. It also highlighted ConGlobal’s commitment to supporting the communities in which they operate. The event effectively reinforced leadership concepts discussed during the meeting, such as breaking down barriers and fostering stronger personal connections among the participants.

We express our deepest gratitude to ConGlobal for their leadership and dedication to making a difference both within their organization and in the broader community. We also commend the East Side Boys & Girls Club for their ongoing efforts in nurturing young minds.
