With thirty-six participants, the goal of the event was to strengthen leadership and teamwork among the company’s top executives. The Leadership Summit provided an opportunity to eliminate silos within the organization. All while working together to give back to local children in Dallas.

DataBank Holdings Ltd. team unites for Build-A-Bike® event in Dallas, Texas
The Build-A-Bike® event allowed the DataBank executive team to enhance their leadership and collaboration skills. Hosted at the modern and spacious venue on Dominion Parkway, the event was designed to foster communication and cooperation among the participants. The thirty-six executives, coming together for this special summit, engaged in a series of challenges that required strategic thinking and teamwork to build bicycles for children in need.
During the event, the DataBank teams competed to assemble bikes correctly and efficiently. The leadership summit’s competitive yet collaborative atmosphere enabled participants to break down organizational silos and build stronger connections. The event’s highlight was the donation of the completed bicycles to children from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas. For many of these kids, it was their first bike, making the event even more meaningful and memorable.
The Build-A-Bike® event not only strengthened the DataBank team’s internal dynamics but also had a significant impact on the local community. The enthusiasm and dedication displayed by the executives were truly inspiring.
