LifeStance Health hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team-building event at the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District in Dallas, TX. The event, part of their annual leadership meeting focused on mental health, brought together 100 participants. The group gathered under the company’s core values of Courage, Belonging, Empathy, and Team. The activity culminated in the donation of 14 bikes to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas (BGCA).

LifeStance Health leadership team unites for Build-A-Bike® event in Dallas, Texas

The Build-A-Bike® event at the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District served as a dynamic and meaningful addition to LifeStance Health’s annual leadership meeting. With a theme centered on mental health, the event emphasized the company’s core values. Overall, it highlighted the importance of teamwork and community support.

During the event, 100 leaders from LifeStance Health collaborated in teams to build bicycles, fostering an environment of creativity and cooperation. The activity allowed participants to practice and demonstrate their core values of Courage, Belonging, Empathy, and Team. Despite the competitive spirit, the underlying theme of unity and shared purpose prevailed, bringing the teams closer together.

The culmination of the event was the donation of 14 newly assembled bicycles to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas. This act of generosity was particularly impactful, as it directly benefited local children and reinforced the company’s commitment to giving back to the community. The BGCA expressed profound gratitude for the donation, acknowledging the positive impact these bicycles would have on the children they serve.
