Gemaire hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event at the DoubleTree by Hilton Deerfield Beach-Boca Raton in Deerfield Beach, FL. The event brought together 40 company leaders, including regional managers and executive team members, as part of their two-day 2025 planning meeting. While focusing on future business strategies, the team took time to give back to their community. How? None other than through a donation to the YWCA of Palm Beach County Harmony House!

The Build-A-Bike® event served as a dynamic component of Gemaire’s leadership gathering. There, domestic regional managers and executive team members came together to strategize for the upcoming year. The timing of the team building activity provided a perfect balance to the strategic planning sessions. All in all, allowing leaders to strengthen their collaborative skills while making a positive impact in their community.
