GPJ Team Unites for Toys4Tails Charity Team Building Activity in Washington, DC
The Toys4Tails activity gave the GPJ support team a fun way to collaborate. Two separate groups came together and worked as one team. They engaged in fast-paced challenges that encouraged communication and shared problem solving. The energy in the room helped break down barriers between the groups. As the games progressed, team members began to build trust and alignment. This unity set the groundwork of cammradarie that the team was needing before taking the major Cisco event.
The evening also focused on giving back to the community. Teams competed in lively challenges to earn pet toys and supplies. These items were collected for donation to a local animal shelter. The pet-focused theme added excitement and a personal connection for participants. The shared purpose created a sense of pride and accomplishment. Feedback after the session was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting both the fun and meaningful impact. The success of the program made a strong impression, especially as a first-time delivery by the instructor.
We give a big thank you to GPJ for supporting local animal shelters through this event. We also appreciate the organizations that care for pets in need and make these donations meaningful.
