The Build-A-Bike® event took place at a laid-back bar right on the Redondo Beach boardwalk. The group was competitive from the start and clearly ready to win. Teams jumped into the build quickly and brought plenty of creativity with them. The judges leaned into the fun by creating their own tie breakers and bonus challenges. That added an extra layer of energy to the room.
The completed bikes were donated to Boys & Girls Club of Carson. A representative from the organization shared a thoughtful and customized message. Her remarks connected the donation to the company’s values. The speech resonated strongly with the group. Leaders felt proud of their collective effort.
