Inmar hosted a Halloween bike-building activity in Arlington, Texas, on Oct. 28, 2026. Thirty-four team members gathered at the Caravan Court Hotel from 4 to 5:30 p.m. They came dressed in their best Halloween costumes. The event followed a full day of meetings and presentations. It was Inmar’s third event with The Leaders Institute. The group built five bikes for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County.

Costumed Inmar Teams Build Bikes for Kids in Arlington, Texas
The day started with meetings and presentations. By late afternoon, the costumed crowd was ready for something hands-on. Jason Wallace led the group through Build-A-Bike®. The 34 attendees split into five teams. Each team solved challenges to earn bike parts. The energy was high from the start, and the competition was fierce. Every team wanted to be the first to finish its bike.
Then something shifted, and teamwork took over. Attendees began helping other teams complete challenges and build their bikes. The race to be first turned into a push to get everyone across the finish line. Inmar has worked with us before. Earlier this year, the team took on a Charade Murder Mystery in Arlington. In 2025, it ran an obstacle course activity in Dallas.
The five bikes will go to kids at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County. Curtis from the organization accepted the donation. He let us know the bikes will help the largest club in Texas. The organization’s Fort Worth roots date back to 1926. We’d like to thank Anne-Marie Evans and the Inmar team for having us back. We’d also like to thank the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County for its work.
A costume day and a bike build make a great pair for any fall meeting. Explore our team-building activities in Dallas to plan your next event.
