The Ace Race® event is a fast-paced and competitive team building activity. In it, participants engage in designing and building a miniature golf course using non-perishable food items. This collaborative effort not only fostered team spirit and cooperation among ITA Group’s claims representatives. It also underscored the company’s commitment to social responsibility. The event was structured to enhance camaraderie and test the problem-solving skills of the participants. All while contributing to a worthy cause.
As teams raced against the clock to complete each golf hole, the atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm and a sense of competition. Following the event, all the food used in constructing the golf course was donated to the Food Bank of Iowa, providing much-needed resources to the local community and further amplifying the impact of the day’s activities.
