ORS Nasco Build-A-Bike® Event Near Houston, TX
ORS Nasco convened a leadership retreat for 220 of its team members at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel, Texas. The event culminated in a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event. This gathering was not only aimed at fostering leadership and teamwork among the participants, however. The main focus was contributing to the local community through a partnership with the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club of Montgomery County.

The leadership retreat featured a Build-A-Bike® event, an engaging team building exercise where participants collaborated in teams to assemble bicycles. This activity was designed to enhance communication, foster teamwork, and develop leadership skills among ORS Nasco’s team members. They held the event in the scenic setting of The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel. It provided an ideal environment for ORS Nasco’s leaders to connect and engage in meaningful team-building tasks.
During the course of the event, the enthusiasm and collaboration displayed by all participants underscored the company’s commitment to fostering a robust teamwork culture. The assembled bikes were donated to the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club of Montgomery County. All in all, it demonstrated ORS Nasco’s dedication to community engagement and corporate responsibility. This gesture not only provided joy and essential transportation to children but also strengthened the bond among the team members of ORS Nasco.
