Regent Surgical Health enhances team cohesion through Rescue Bear® event in Nashville, Tennessee
The Rescue Bear® event is designed to foster teamwork and leadership skills through a series of team challenges. Participants were first divided into small groups based on their strengths. Then, they wereengaged in problem-solving activities to earn the materials needed to build teddy bears. This activity not only facilitated bonding and provided a fun and interactive way for colleagues to learn more about each other but also highlighted the individual and collective strengths of the team.
The teddy bears constructed during the event were donated to the Boys and Girls Club of Middle Tennessee, providing comfort to children who have experienced trauma. This gesture of kindness resonated deeply with the participants and aligned with Regent Surgical Health’s ongoing commitment to community support and corporate responsibility.
We deeply appreciate Regent Surgical Health for organizing this meaningful event and choosing to make a positive impact in the lives of children in need. A special thank you also goes to the Boys and Girls Club of Middle Tennessee for their crucial role in the community and for partnering with us in this endeavor.
