ITC Holdings Build-A-Bike® Team Building Event in Detroit, MI
ITC Holdings hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Detroit, Michigan. Twenty-five participants came together to support the local community and strengthen their internal culture. This quarterly gathering blended activity with purpose, offering a chance to build connections while giving back. The event ended with smiles, laughter, and an open invite for our instructor, Scott Ray, to return.

ITC Holdings Team Grow Closer Than Ever Before at Build-a-Bike Team Building Event in Detroit, Michigan.
The Build-A-Bike® event gave the ITC team a way to let loose and grow together like never before. Employees wanted a gathering that combined movement with mission. This activity delivered. Everyone pitched in with enthusiasm as they raced to assemble bikes for local kids. Despite being a smaller group, the huge energy they created dominated the atmosphere. Teamwork thrived, and laughter echoed through the room as wrenches turned nuts and fun was had by all.
CARES, a Michigan-based nonprofit, received the donated bikes. Their representative gave heartfelt remarks—brief, with a little prompting to keep to time! Thanks to ITC’s effort, local children will soon have brand-new bikes to enjoy. The connection between corporate culture and community impact was crystal clear. We appreciated the way this group gave back with purpose and joy.
