During the experience, they navigated an indoor obstacle course that challenged their communication and strategy skills. Their teamwork filled nine backpacks for Families Forward, supporting local families facing homelessness.

The Tri Pointe Homes HR team came together for one of their regular meet-ups. This time, they chose a new way to connect—with an aMAZEing Builders challenge. Split into small teams, they tackled blindfolded obstacle courses while relying on each other’s communication and guidance. Each successful run earned supplies that filled backpacks for families in need. The team’s laughter, encouragement, and collaboration made the experience a memorable one.
At the end of the event, the group assembled nine fully stocked backpacks for Families Forward. While the charity couldn’t attend due to staffing shortages, their appreciation was heartfelt. The donation came at the perfect time—right in the middle of their back-to-school drive. Families Forward plans to send a formal thank-you to Tri Pointe Homes, recognizing the team’s generosity and impact.
