During their National Sales Meeting in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, the Jones Dairy Farm team took a break from their business discussions to participate in a Build-A-Bike® event. This engaging activity brought together 30 employee. All of whom eagerly joined in the fun and collaborative spirit of the day. The event provided an opportunity for team members to bond outside the usual work environment. Thus enhancing their communication and problem-solving skills in the process.

The highlight of the event was when children from Base Fort Atkinson. This local charity arrived to receive the bikes that the team had assembled. The joy on the children’s faces was a heartwarming sight, and it was clear that this moment made a lasting impression on everyone involved. The Jones Dairy Farm team was thrilled to see the direct impact of their efforts, which added an extra layer of meaning to the day’s activities.
