The atrium of the Oak Brook Terrace Tower was filled with laughter and excitement as McCain Foods’ HR professionals came together for a Build-A-Bike® event. The team of 52 employees eagerly participated in this lively and creative team-building exercise, working together to assemble seven bikes for children served by YMCA Chicago. The activity not only showcased their teamwork and problem-solving skills but also highlighted their shared commitment to community service.
As the participants collaborated to build the shiny red and blue bikes, the sense of accomplishment was palpable.
