Logicalis Kicks Off ETHOS Conference with Build-A-Bike® Team Building Event in Arlington, Texas

Instead of beginning with presentations or icebreakers, Logicalis brought everyone together for a fast-moving activity that got people talking and working together instantly. The room erupted with chatter, laughter, and friendly competition as teams jumped into challenges and started building bikes.

Participants split into groups to solve problems, earn bike parts, and keep pace with the excitement around them. The activity encouraged coworkers to connect in a relaxed setting before the conference agenda officially began. Since the event served as the kickoff experience, it helped break the ice and create momentum that carried into the rest of the conference.

The completed bicycles were donated to United Hands Relief, giving the activity a meaningful finish. Participants saw how their teamwork could make a direct impact in the Arlington community. The donation added a strong sense of purpose to the experience and reinforced Logicalis’ commitment to both culture and giving back.

We give a big thank you to Logicalis for supporting the Arlington community through this Build-A-Bike® event. We also appreciate United Hands Relief for helping create a meaningful donation experience.
