All in all, the activity was designed to foster team cohesion. It provided an opportunity for new and existing employees to connect on a personal and professional level. By assembling bicycles in teams, employees not only honed their collaborative skills but also embraced the company’s values of innovation and efficiency.
The conclusion of the event was particularly impactful, as the team donated eight bicycles to the Camas School District’s Camas Family Community Resource Center.
