The team strategically scheduled their Build-A-Bike® event after a day filled with meetings. It served as a refreshing transition to the evening’s informal activities. After a brief round of ice breakers, the group was broken up into nine teams. Each team assembled two bicycles in total.
This setup was perfect for facilitating interaction among team members. The groups were focused and driven to complete their tasks by 5 PM, all the while ensuring that the bikes were built according to instruction so that they would pass their safety check. The challenge of assembling two bikes per team added an extra layer of collaboration and efficiency. This mirrored the work Medecision does in streamlining healthcare management.
The event culminated with the donation of bicycles to the Love Works Resource Center. All in all, the event successfully helped support the local community by benefiting children in need. This gesture of giving was in line with Medecision’s broader mission of impactful service and support.
We are immensely grateful to Medecision for their participation and generosity, as well as to all the participants who brought enthusiasm and a strong community spirit to the event. The Love Works Resource Center appreciates this contribution, which will surely bring joy and provide valuable resources to the children it serves.
