They held a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event at Aloft Buffalo Downtown in Buffalo, NY. The event included 45 Moog engineers and analysts who gathered as part of a three-day training session. The Build-A-Bike® activity, aimed at boosting team cohesion and providing community support, took place on the evening of the first day.

The Build-A-Bike® event was a lively part of Moog’s training session, transforming the engineers’ initial tiredness into enthusiasm and team spirit. Held at the stylish Aloft Buffalo Downtown, the setting provided a perfect backdrop for collaboration and fun. Initially, the teams were expected to build a total of six bikes. However, demonstrating their commitment to making a significant community impact, the Moog teams decided to double their effort by assembling two bikes per team, resulting in twelve bikes in total.
During the event, Moog’s employees showcased their teamwork and problem-solving skills, essential traits for their daily roles as engineers and analysts. The challenge of building bikes served not only as a physical task but also as a metaphor for the precise and collaborative work they perform at Moog. The activity concluded with lots of laughter and a sense of accomplishment among all participants.
