The Build-A-Bike® experience brought out a competitive spark across all teams. Leaders jumped into fast-paced challenges and speedily split responsibilities. Communication stayed sharp as teams raced to complete their builds. The HQ space added a familiar yet energized environment for the activity. Teams adjusted strategies in real time as pressure and excitement built. Laughter and focus filled the room as bikes came together quickly.
After the final build, the bikes went to ACES for Kids. Their “Early, easy, awesome!” mission supports children through meaningful community programs. A local partner handled an efficient pickup directly from the headquarters. The donation created a clear and immediate impact for local youth. Teams ended the experience proud of both their performance and purpose. The capstone event closed the two-day meeting on a high note.
