Offsite Co Build-A-Bike® Team Event in Las Vegas
The Leaders Institute ® and Offsite Co. joined together in Las Vegas. The Offsite’s team of engineers enjoyed some fun after multiple days full of meetings. Many engineers were grateful for the opportunity to meet other team members for the first time.

Vegas Build-A-Bike® Team Event with Offsite Co
Our team events begin similarly. Each event has participants placed in groups. These groups are viewed as teams. Teams are given clues and answer them. Judges then give a yes or no. That yes or no can either earn a part for the group or cause some rethinking. Groups are working to earn 4 parts in order to build their bike. It’s as simple as that!
The Offsite Co’s engineers donated to the Pearson Community Center. The center provides a safe place for residents to meet, play, socialize and learn.
