The Build-A-Bike® event brought the Customer Service Relations team together for high-energy team building. The group delivered one of the greatest cheer contests I have ever seen. Their enthusiasm filled the room as they tackled the bikes, which proved to be a challenge from the start. The group never lost momentum and left happy for sure.
This team showed determination and teamwork at every stage. Even as the pace increased, the mood stayed upbeat. Their all hands conference setting boosted their collaborative spirit and made the experience meaningful. The bikes they built will soon support families in the Denver community, adding purpose to every completed frame and tightened bolt.
Warren Village received the bikes and the food from our Ace Race next door and expressed deep gratitude. This fantastic charity supports unhoused folks with transitional housing, with a focus on single moms. Their mission aligned beautifully with the group’s generous effort and high-energy event.
