PepsiCo employees gathered for a Build-A-Bike® team building activity in Denver, Colorado. Thirty team members from the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of Denver came together during their onboarding at a new plant. They aimed to kick off their journey with teamwork, laughter, and a little friendly competition. What started quietly quickly turned into an energetic display of creativity, determination, and attention to detail.

This PepsiCo group may have been small, but they brought big energy. The team gathered at their new plant to tackle the Build-A-Bike® challenge. Though initially reserved, the group quickly embraced the experience with full enthusiasm. Their competitive spirit came alive as teams crafted creative flags and raced to assemble bikes with precision. Impressively, not a single washer was left behind—a rare feat that showed their teamwork and focus.
The finished bikes were donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Denver. While children could not attend the event due to a new policy, the charity still supported the event wholeheartedly. Ian Jacobs coordinated all logistics flawlessly. Jordan, who represented the organization onsite, brought warmth and energy to the closing remarks. Their support made the donation process smooth and meaningful despite the last-minute changes.
