Hard Rock Rescue Bear Team Building Event in Las Vegas, NV
The Hard Rock Cafe team gathered for a Rescue Bear® team building event in Las Vegas, Nevada. This small but mighty sales group came together not only to strengthen their teamwork but also to explore a hands-on experience they could pitch to clients. In total, they assembled 14 stuffed animals, each one destined to comfort a child in need. Their efforts supported the Ashley Strong Foundation, an organization that serves children in ICUs and long-term care facilities.

Hard Rock Cafe Sales Team Unites for Rescue Bear® Team Building Event in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Las Vegas sales team from Hard Rock Cafe was looking for a spark to work even better together. They also wanted something fun and meaningful. Rescue Bear® gave them both. With just six participants, the event offered a cozy atmosphere for teamwork and creativity.
Each win during the challenges earned them bear-building supplies. The group then used those to assemble 14 teddy bears. Every stuffed bear would soon become a source of comfort for a child in a hospital setting.
Although the event had a small footprint, the impact was anything but small. The instructor delivered the completed bears to the Ashley Strong Foundation, which supports critically ill children. Their generosity and energy made the event a memorable success.
