Polaris Tech Charter School Rescue Bear® Event in Ridgeland, SC

Polaris Tech Charter School hosted a Rescue Bear® team-building event at their Ridgeland, South Carolina campus. The event brought together 65 staff members for a day of collaboration and personal growth. As a repeat client, Polaris Tech once again sought to strengthen their staff’s teamwork through this meaningful and interactive workshop. The event also had a charitable component with Hopeful Horizons, a nonprofit that provides trauma counseling to children in the local community.

Polaris Tech Charter School is dedicated to helping students build essential skills to succeed in school, work, and life. Located in Jasper County, Polaris Tech empowers students to pursue a path toward career readiness and community involvement. The school’s mission is to unleash potential and cultivate aspirations, preparing students to become the next generation of leaders and contributors to the economic well-being of their families and communities.

Polaris Tech Charter School team builds unity through Rescue Bear® event in Ridgeland, South Carolina

The Rescue Bear® event provided an opportunity for the staff of Polaris Tech to connect on a deeper level. Through a series of engaging team challenges, participants identified each other’s strengths while working toward a common goal—building bears to donate to children in need. The collaborative nature of the event helped the staff bond and develop a stronger sense of teamwork.

The stuffed bears were donated to Hopeful Horizons. This local nonprofit provides trauma counseling services to children, including those who attend Polaris Tech. This direct connection to their students made the experience even more meaningful for the staff, as they knew their efforts would benefit the very children they work with every day.

We would like to thank Polaris Tech Charter School for their continued partnership and commitment to fostering teamwork, and we extend our gratitude to Hopeful Horizons for the invaluable work they do for the community.
