Promach Teams Compete Hard and Finish Strong at Build-A-Bike® Team Event in Covington, Kentucky
The two-hour window moved fast. Teams dove into the trivia challenges with a seriousness that made clear nobody came to the afternoon just to go through the motions. Groups earned their bike parts by working through puzzles and questions together, and the competition had a sharp edge to it from early on.
As the event moved forward, teams that had arrived as coworkers started operating more like teammates. The Build-A-Bike® format puts people in situations they have not practiced together, and the way a group handles those moments tells you a lot. This group handled them well. Eight bikes took shape across the afternoon, and the teams that communicated sharpest were the ones setting the pace.
When the bikes were finished, they went to local youth in the Covington community. Many of those kids may not otherwise have had access to a bike. For a group that brought real competitive energy to the afternoon, that final moment gave the whole event a purpose that lasted beyond the room.
We’d like to thank Promach for giving their team an afternoon worth having. The group brought everything you want from an event like this and made it easy to run.
