Southern Company Leaders Unite For an Ace Race® Team Building Event in Birmingham, Alabama
The alumni group from Southern Company’s Future Leaders program met at their headquarters for meetings and team building. They embraced the Ace Race® activity and enjoyed creating a full mini golf course using non-perishable food. Teams worked together to putt through each of the courses they made and supported one another through each challenge. The energy in the room stayed high as everyone bonded through friendly competition and teamwork.
The group loved that every food item used in the Ace Race® would be donated to a good cause. The activity offered a creative way to reinforce collaboration while supporting the broader community. Later the same day, the team participated in Toby’s Improv workshop, which added even more laughter and connection. Their commitment to both teamwork and giving back made the entire gathering impactful and memorable.
We extend a big thank you to Southern Company for supporting the Alabaster Food Pantry and strengthening their community through this event.
