SpecialtyCare Clinical Leaders Reconnect at Build-A-Bike® Team Building Retreat in Nashville, Tennessee

The outing gave SpecialtyCare leaders a rare chance to connect in person. Many participants had not seen each other in years. Others had never met face-to-face before this event. As the activity kicked off, teams quickly found their rhythm through shared challenges. Communication improved as the competition intensified and the room filled with energy. Laughter and encouragement carried teams as momentum built. What started as a structured evening evolved into a natural and engaging team experience.

As the event concluded, the impact became even more meaningful. The 28 completed bikes lined the lobby just outside the event space. This visual created a powerful moment for the entire group. Zach Bell from Edgehill Partnership shared how these bikes would support underprivileged children. His message connected the team’s efforts to a real and lasting impact. The group saw the difference they made together, which deepened their emotional connection. The experience left a lasting impression that extended beyond the meeting itself.

We thank SpecialtyCare for their generous contribution to children in need. We also thank Edgehill Partnership for their incredible work in the Nashville community.
