Suja Life hosted its second Build-A-Bike® team charity event in San Diego, California. Held at the SpringHill Suites, this event gathered forty team members for the company’s 2nd Annual Operations Team Meeting. While some had experienced the program in February, for many this was their first go. Although the session landed at the end of a long Friday, participants rallied and left the event with smiles, and probably a few sore hands from tightening handlebars.

This Build-A-Bike® charity event brought energy, laughter, and a burst of team spirit to the end of Suja’s operations summit. After some initial hesitation, the group warmed up fast, and quickly dove into the challenge. Team members, new and returning, worked side-by-side to assemble bikes for a good cause. Despite Friday fatigue, they pushed through with enthusiasm, proving that wellness isn’t just about juice, it’s about people.
As the bikes took shape, so did the bonds between coworkers. The challenge offered more than just teamwork practice. It gave the group a meaningful way to give back. Each completed bicycle went to a local child in need, adding purpose to the play. The event closed on a high note, with participants feeling proud, energized, and a little more connected than they had started.
