Thirty participants from the global IT services provider came together at the Tableau Data1 Building to strengthen team connections while giving back to the community. Sycomp employees collaborate for Build-A-Bike® event in Seattle, Washington
The Build-A-Bike® event brought together thirty Sycomp team members in a unique setting that perfectly complemented the day’s activities. When Seattle’s December chill made the originally planned outdoor venue impractical, the event was relocated to Sycomp’s bike room at the Tableau Data1 Building. This improvised venue change turned out to be a happy coincidence, as the bike-themed environment naturally enhanced the group’s enthusiasm for the task at hand.
Despite the last-minute location adjustment, the team demonstrated remarkable adaptability and maintained their focus on the charitable purpose of the gathering. The bike room’s ambiance, surrounded by cycling equipment and memorabilia, created an inspiring atmosphere that reinforced the connection between their team-building activities and the tangible impact of their efforts. What stood out most was that the Sycomp team arrived already embodying the spirit of giving. Their natural inclination toward generosity and collaboration was evident throughout the event, reflecting the company’s global mission of creating solutions without boundaries.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Sycomp for their generous participation and commitment to making a difference in their community. We would also like to thank Treehouse for their invaluable partnership in ensuring these bicycles reach children who will cherish them.
