TotalEnergies employees unite for Build-A-Bike® event in Houston, Texas

The Build-A-Bike® event brought together sixty TotalEnergies team members from the Communications and Human Resources departments for a morning of meaningful collaboration. The participants engaged enthusiastically in the team building activities, demonstrating the company’s collaborative culture and commitment to community engagement. As they worked together assembling bicycles, the event fostered cross-departmental connections while simultaneously preparing gifts that would bring joy to local children.

The impact of the event extended well beyond the typical team building experience when representatives from the Greater Houston Boys & Girls Club joined the gathering. Morefield Club Director Tanisha McDaniel and Officer Josephine Jones from the Houston Police Department, who works closely with the club’s children as a mentor and role model specializing in Diversity & Inclusion, were on hand to witness the company’s generosity. In an extraordinary display of community commitment, the TotalEnergies team went above and beyond by sponsoring Christmas gifts for all 23 children at the Morefield Club who were in need during the holiday season. This additional act of kindness exemplified TotalEnergies’ dedication to creating positive change in their community and demonstrated how corporate team building can transform into meaningful social impact.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to TotalEnergies for their exceptional generosity and commitment to creating positive change in their community. Special thanks to the Greater Houston Boys & Girls Club, particularly the Morefield Club, and Officer Josephine Jones for their dedicated service to local children.
