Having enjoyed an enthusiastic night out in the vibrant city, the team needed a positive boost to end their time together on a high note. The event took place at the elegant Barnett by Hyatt in New Orleans. Thus providing a sophisticated venue for this meaningful team experience.

The Build-A-Bike® event offered a perfect opportunity for the Timely team to regain their energy and enthusiasm after a night of enjoying New Orleans’ famous hospitality. The activity provided just the right balance of fun, collaboration, and meaningful impact to conclude their week together. Team members quickly engaged in the bicycle-building challenges, with their competitive spirits helping to shake off any lingering fatigue from the previous evening’s festivities.
During the event, teams worked together to assemble bicycles that would later be donated to the Boys and Girls Club. The charitable aspect of the activity added purpose to their teamwork, knowing their efforts would make a tangible difference. One particularly touching moment came when the group learned about a special child at the Boys and Girls Club who had discovered newfound confidence over the past year since joining the program. This personal connection to their charitable contribution added deeper meaning to the team building experience.
