Wells Fargo Leaders Build Bikes for Charity Team Building Activity in Scottsdale, Arizona
The Build-A-Bike® took place outside of the resort, surrounded by stunning desert mountain views. Teams gathered with excitement and quickly engaged in the hands-on challenge. Each group worked together to solve clues and earn the parts needed to assemble their bikes. The outsoors added an energizing atmosphere that lit the fire of collaboration and connection.
As the event progressed, the focus shifted from competition to compassion. Teams talked out their solutions and supported one another throughout the build process. Leaders combined strategy with teamwork to complete each bike with care and precision. The experience created a strong sense of unity as participants worked toward a common goal. The final presentations brought everything together in a memorable and meaningful way.
By the end of the event, the group successfully assembled 14 brand-new bicycles. These bikes were donated to local children, creating a direct and lasting community impact.
