
Wells Fargo hosted a bike building charity event event in Charlotte, NC at Connections Charlotte at Brevard. Forty management trainees gathered on January 14, 2026 to celebrate the completion of a 10-week program. The group consisted of seasoned professionals who had already built strong careers within Wells Fargo. This event served as a capstone experience and a meaningful addition to their resumes. By the end of the program, the team assembled brand-new bikes for local children.

Wells Fargo Management Trainees Complete Bike Building Charity Event in Charlotte, North Carolina
The Build-A-Bike® event marked the final milestone in the group’s 10-week management training journey. Participants entered with a clear purpose and strong professional focus. After a brief kickoff and team introductions, they moved quickly into problem-solving challenges. Teams worked through clues to earn the parts needed to assemble their bikes. The atmosphere felt energized yet polished, reflecting the experience level of the group. The activity gave these rising leaders a hands-on way to demonstrate collaboration under pressure.
As the teams completed their builds, the room shifted from competition to contribution. Each finished bike represented both teamwork and community impact. The donation supported Trips For Kids Charlotte and the children they serve. The trainees closed their program with a shared accomplishment that extended beyond the workplace. The event delivered a practical leadership experience and a tangible result they could point to with pride.
