This event brought together 65 Biz Ops leaders for a multi-day gathering aimed at enhancing teamwork and supporting a local charity, the Boys & Girls Club of South Beach. Despite the formal setting, participants eagerly engaged in the activities, demonstrating their commitment to teamwork and community service.

The Build-A-Bike® event at the luxurious Eden Rock Miami Beach Resort offered Wolters Kluwer’s Biz Ops leaders a unique opportunity to build camaraderie and enhance their communication skills. Dressed in their best attire, the participants embraced the challenge with enthusiasm. The elegant venue, known for its stunning views and sophisticated ambiance, provided a perfect backdrop for this dynamic team-building activity.
Throughout the event, teams raced to assemble bicycles, showcasing their problem-solving abilities and collaborative spirit. The excitement and energy were palpable as each team worked towards the common goal of building bikes for charity. Despite the high stakes and competitive spirit, the participants maintained a fun and supportive atmosphere, reflecting the strong bonds within the team.
The Build-A-Bike® event concluded with the donation of the assembled bicycles to the Boys & Girls Club of South Beach.
