Salesforce hosted a Rescue Bear® charity team building activity in San Francisco, CA. The session took place at Salesforce Tower with leaders from both Salesforce and Slack. Although scheduling conflicts reduced attendance to 12 participants, the group remained highly engaged. The goal focused on strengthening collaboration and understanding personality differences. By the end, the team built 14 stuffed bears for children in need.

The Rescue Bear® activity created a focused environment for a small but impactful group. Leaders from Salesforce and Slack used the session to explore personality differences. The experience became even more meaningful through its charitable impact. The team assembled 14 stuffed bears for Joshua’s Gift, an organization supporting families with autistic children. Julia from the charity attended and shared insights about their mission. Her presence created a direct connection between the team’s efforts and the families they support.
