
Case Systems and BOSTONtec hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Midland, Michigan on March 26, 2026. The event brought together 178 employees at the Great Hall for a fast-paced experience filled with energy and competition. The condensed format created a “speed run” atmosphere that kept participants moving from start to finish. Teams worked under pressure while balancing problem solving, communication, and teamwork. The event delivered a memorable experience that blended collaboration with community impact.

Case Systems and BOSTONtec Employees Race Through Build-A-Bike® Team Building Event in Midland, Michigan
The Great Hall quickly transformed into a lively competition. Teams moved through challenges at a rapid pace while racing to earn bike parts. The condensed format created urgency, which pushed participants to stay focused and communicate clearly. Competitive energy filled the room, but the atmosphere stayed lighthearted throughout the experience.
Employees joked with teammates while solving challenges and building bikes under pressure. The quick pace encouraged groups to trust one another and work efficiently. Teams celebrated milestones as they moved closer to completing their bicycles. The “speed run” style of the event kept excitement high from beginning to end.
By the conclusion of the event, participants completed 22 bicycles for donation. The bikes benefited the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Great Lakes Bay Region. The charity partnership added meaning to the competition and gave employees a shared purpose. The organization proved easy to work with throughout the process, helping create a smooth and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
