Azuria Water Solutions Team Continues Their Tradition with a Bike Building Charity Activity in Chesterfield, Missouri

The bike build gave Azuria employees a chance to continue a growing tradition within Azuria University. Since this was the fourth cohort to complete the experience, many participants arrived expecting a high-energy challenge. Previous groups had already shared stories about the bike build, which created excitement before the event even began. Each new cohort brings its own personality, making every year feel unique.

Teams worked together to assemble bicycles while balancing speed, communication, and attention to detail. The activity encouraged participants to rely on one another throughout the process. Friendly competition kept the room engaged while teams compared their progress to earlier cohorts. The event created a shared experience that connected employees while supporting a meaningful cause.

The completed bicycles benefited Fathers and Family, a charity that has partnered with this client for four years. The organization’s representative returned to speak with participants during the event. His message added a personal connection to the donation and reinforced the purpose behind the activity. Employees appreciated hearing how the bicycles would support local families. The partnership has become a valued part of the Azuria University tradition.

We give a big thank you to Azuria Water Solutions for supporting local families through this Build-A-Bike® event. We also appreciate Fathers and Family for continuing to partner with this group year after year.
