Partners Group gathered for a Build-A-Bike® corporate team building event in Broomfield, CO. Sixty-four participants came together at their leadership meeting to connect with coworkers from two high-performing groups within the organization. Throughout the event, teams collaborated to assemble bicycles for low-income families in the north Boulder area. The experience combined friendly competition with a meaningful community impact through donations to the YMCA of Northern Colorado.

Partners Group Employees Come Together for Build-A-Bike® Corporate Team Building Event in Broomfield, Colorado
The Build-A-Bike® gave the Partners Group team an opportunity to strengthen connections while working toward a shared goal. Participants divided into eight teams and tackled challenges that tested communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. As the competition unfolded, the room filled with excitement and encouragement as coworkers supported one another through each stage of the activity. The event also helped bring together employees from different areas of the company who may not regularly collaborate during the workday.
The charity component added another layer of energy to the experience. After completing the bicycles, the team prepared the donations for families supported through the YMCA of Northern Colorado. Brittany and two additional staff members from the organization joined the event and even helped judge the bike-building clues alongside the activities. Their involvement helped create a stronger connection between the participants and the local community impact. The donated bicycles will help provide children and families with transportation, recreation, and memorable experiences throughout the year.
