Inmar hosted a costumed charity bike build in Arlington, Texas, on Oct. 29, 2026. Thirty-four team members gathered at the Caravan Court Hotel in the late afternoon. They had spent the day in Halloween costumes during meetings and presentations. It was Inmar’s second Build-A-Bike® session in two days. Working in five teams, the group built five bikes for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County.

Inmar Crowds One Table to Earn Charity Bikes in Arlington, Texas
The day before, another Inmar group took on Build-A-Bike® at the same hotel. This session was for that day’s attendees. Like the first group, they had worn Halloween costumes through a full day of meetings and presentations. By late afternoon, they brought that energy straight into the activity. Jason Wallace led the session and split the 34 attendees into five teams. Each team solved challenges to earn bike parts. The teams bought into the challenges right away. Every group wanted to earn its parts first. Inmar is a familiar client. Earlier this year, the team took on a Charade Murder Mystery in Arlington.
Then the real team building kicked in, and the teams went above and beyond. At one point, every participant crowded around a single table. Coworkers from all five teams worked side by side to earn their bikes. The race to finish first turned into a group effort. By the end, all five bikes were built. The group then presented them to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County.
The five bikes will go to kids served by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County. The organization’s Fort Worth roots date back to 1926. Today, it runs clubs across the county, including several in Arlington. We’d like to thank Anne-Marie Evans and the Inmar team for two great days in a row. We’d also like to thank the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County for the work it does for local kids.
